Read only. It never changes your accounts.

Your clients' Google Ads,
watched line by line.

AdsMaxx monitors the Google Ads accounts your agency manages. It reads spend, conversions and search terms, then tells you where budget is leaking and where an account is quietly failing. It only ever looks. It never touches a thing.

For agencies and freelancers managing client accounts with the owner's permission.
Caught before
month close

Read only by design, on two locks.

AdsMaxx connects with read only access and is built without any write path to your accounts. It cannot pause a campaign, change a budget or edit a keyword, even by mistake. It observes and it reports. That is all it can do.

Spot the waste. Recover the spend.
What it watches

The numbers that decide whether spend is working.

AdsMaxx reads performance data from the accounts you connect, on a regular schedule, and keeps a history so it can tell you what changed.

01

Spend and budgets

Daily cost by campaign, budget pacing, and impression share lost to a budget cap rather than to rank.

02

Conversions and value

Whether conversions fire at all, whether revenue value is attached, and which campaigns return below target.

03

Search terms

The actual queries spending money, so off brand and irrelevant terms surface before the month closes.

04

Account health

Conversion tracking gaps, broken value attribution, and the quiet failures that hide until results fall off.

What it does with it

Alerts on wasted spend and account health.

Each new read is compared against the account's recent history and the rules that matter for performance. When money is leaking, AdsMaxx raises an alert with the context to act on, ranked by what it is costing you. You keep the decision. AdsMaxx never makes the change.

Wasted spend

Spend with nothing to show

Search terms and products burning budget without conversions, surfaced with the cost attached so the worst leaks rise to the top first.

Budget pacing

Budget left on the table

Campaigns capped by budget while demand is there, or overspending against a target return, flagged early enough to move money.

Account health

Tracking that has gone dark

Conversions that stopped firing or lost their value, the silent failures that can waste an entire month if nobody is watching.

How it connects

You grant read only access. Nothing leaves your control.

AdsMaxx connects through Google's official sign in, with a Google account that has read only access to the accounts you want watched. You can revoke that access from your Google account at any time.

1

Sign in with Google

Authorise AdsMaxx through Google's own consent screen. No passwords are ever shared with us.

2

Read only access

Grant a read only role on the manager account. Google itself then refuses any write, on top of the lock built into AdsMaxx.

3

Watched on a schedule

AdsMaxx reads the connected accounts regularly, keeps a history, and alerts you the moment something needs attention.

Data AdsMaxx reads
Campaign settings and status, daily spend and budgets, conversions and conversion value, impression share, search terms and product performance, and conversion tracking configuration.
Why it reads it
To compute alerts on wasted spend and account health for the accounts you manage, and to show that history back to you in the dashboard.
What it never does
It does not create, edit, pause or delete anything in any ad account. It has no write path. It does not sell or share your data, and it does not use it for advertising.
How credentials are kept
The access tokens that let AdsMaxx read your accounts are encrypted at rest, with the encryption key held off the database.

Stop finding the leak in next month's report.

Connect the accounts you manage and let AdsMaxx watch the numbers, so the waste reaches you while there is still time to act on it.
